What they cover, in brief

• Your account and family - you need to be an adult to hold an account; you’re responsible for what happens under it and for the members you add.
• Acceptable use - the ordinary rules: don’t abuse the service, don’t try to access other families’ data, don’t use Quok to do harm.
• Pricing - Quok is currently free while in early access. If we introduce paid plans, the terms will describe billing and refunds before you’re ever charged.
• Liability and disclaimers - the standard limits on what we can be held responsible for.
• Termination - how either of us can end the relationship, and what happens to your data when you leave (see How Quok handles your family’s data).
• Governing law - Quok is operated by Quok Labs, an Australian business; the terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
